1、 Product Overview
Solid particle power frequency dielectric loss dielectric constant tester, is an advanced instrument for measuring dielectric loss (tg δ) and capacitance capacity (Cx), which measures the dielectric loss (tg δ) and capacitance capacity (Cx) of various insulation materials, insulation sleeves, insulation liquids, power cables, capacitors, transformers, and other high-voltage equipment. It has the advantages of simple operation, Chinese display, printing, convenient use, no need for conversion, built-in high voltage, strong anti-interference ability, and short testing time.
This tester adopts variable frequency power supply technology and utilizes microcontroller and electronic technology for automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, and data operation, achieving strong anti-interference ability, fast testing speed, high accuracy, and easy operation.
2、 Performance characteristics
1. The instrument has high measurement accuracy and can meet the requirements of oil dielectric loss measurement. Therefore, only a standard oil cup and a dedicated testing line are needed to achieve oil dielectric loss measurement.
2. By using frequency conversion technology to eliminate on-site 50Hz power frequency interference, reliable data can be measured even in strong electromagnetic interference environments.
3. The overcurrent protection function ensures that the instrument is not damaged in the event of a short circuit or breakdown of the test sample.
4. Comes with standard capacitors and high-voltage power supply for easy on-site testing and reduces on-site wiring.
5. The instrument adopts a large screen LCD display, and the testing process is both intuitive and easy to operate through Chinese character menu prompts.
