　　1、 Introduction to Fire Fan Control Box

◆ Function of fire fan control box

The fire fan control box is mainly used to control the start and stop of the fire fan, and must be equipped with a fire damper control point that can be linked with fire dampers and other fire protection devices.

The fire fan control box must have dual power interconnection function, with control modes divided into single speed and dual speed fan control boxes, KBO fan control box and multi circuit fan control box, and direct start mode. Suitable for three-phase rated voltage of 380V, single-phase 220V, frequency of 50Hz, frequent direct starting reversible use, mainly suitable for squirrel cage motors below 45KW. In light load starting scenarios, a lightweight starter that can be manually, automatically, or remotely controlled can be used.

The fire fan control box can be remotely and automatically controlled, with external fire control system and intelligent control system, and simultaneously feedback the high and low speed operation status signals of the fan. Generally, the low-speed gear is connected to the intelligent control system and used as an exhaust fan. The high-speed gear is connected to the fire control system (DC24V fire control interface). When a fire occurs, it receives control signals from the fire control system to start the high-speed gear operation, and automatically cuts off the low-speed control circuit to achieve the function of high-speed smoke exhaust and ventilation (which can be combined according to the user's plan).

The fire fan control box has automatic protection functions such as output overcurrent, phase loss, open circuit, overload, and power loss, providing reliable protection for the motor.

The functions of the dual speed fan control box and the smoke exhaust (positive pressure blower) control box are basically the same. Users can operate at low speed during normal ventilation, start the fan locally, or activate the high-speed button to make the fan run at high speed. In automatic mode, when receiving signals from the fire alarm center, the fan switches from low-speed operation to high-speed operation. For example, when the fan stops working, it can be directly stopped at high speed in the fire center, and the signal can be returned to the fire center.

The product has a small size, easy installation, simple operation, and is suitable for various fan start-up needs.

◆ Application scenarios of fire fan control box

The fire fan control box is generally linked with other fire electrical control devices (such as fire inspection cabinets, fire emergency machinery start-up cabinets, etc.), and is widely used in large buildings such as industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, as well as public places with a large number of people such as shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, airport stations, ports, schools, and enclosed public places such as subway tunnels. It is an automatic fire and air conditioning system device for fire smoke exhaust, positive pressure air supply, and exhaust.

　　2、 Industry standard for fire fan control box

GB16806-2006 standard, "Fire linkage control system", the fire fan control box has passed the inspection and testing of the Fire Electronic Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and obtained a one-to-one power model inspection report (new version). Finally, it has been certified by the Fire Product Qualification Assessment Center and issued a one-to-one power model CCCF certification certificate (new version).

◆ CCCF mandatory standards:

1. The fire fan control box must be identical to the sample sent for type testing before leaving the factory, and must be produced consistently with a one-to-one certificate. If the product is not produced and sold according to the certified standards, the consistency is not up to standard, that is, the certified product does not match the sold product, and the consistency of product functionality cannot be guaranteed. Ultimately, it boils down to one sentence: products that fail to strictly comply with CCCF certification standards and meet the requirements of product certification are considered unqualified.

2. Production inspection capability: Enterprises should have inspection equipment that meets the basic production capabilities and all items in the factory inspection items in the execution standards, and all inspection equipment should be calibrated periodically to ensure the accuracy of the equipment;

3. System operation: Enterprises need to maintain system operation, equipment maintenance records, etc. in accordance with the implementation rules of CCCF certification.

From this, it can be seen how important it is to strictly adhere to the CCCF standards. This not only ensures that the manufacturer's products meet the standards, but also guarantees that customers can purchase products that comply with GB16806-2006 and CCCF standards, protecting the safety of people's lives and property.
