The harmless treatment of livestock and poultry by drying method is a process technology that involves crushing dead animal carcasses and transporting them to a closed container. While continuously stirring, a high-temperature circulating heat source is introduced into the interlayer to sterilize the dead animal carcasses at high temperature and high pressure. During the treatment process, the heat source does not directly contact the dead animal carcasses. The water in the animal body is heated and vaporized to generate pressure. After the chemical treatment is completed, it is processed through vacuum drying, degreasing, cooling, crushing and other processes to obtain dried meat and bone meal and industrial oils and fats. It is currently the internationally recognized treatment method.
process parametersThe center temperature of the processed material is ≥ 135 ℃, the pressure is ≥ 0.35 MPa (absolute pressure), the insulation time is ≥ 30 minutes (according to European and American sterilization standards, the pressure and temperature can also be adjusted according to different materials), the vacuum drying time is 120 minutes, the complete processing time is about 240 minutes, and the entire processing process is about 480 minutes. During continuous operation, the time is coordinated, with an average of 5 hours per batch (10 tons of material) processed.
