Function Description:
1.The chopping machine can slice meat, bacon, fish, cheese, and sausage products according to the set thickness. According to different purposes, it can be achieved through a light blade knife or a toothed knife. For this reason, machine equipment is divided into different fields or components.
2.The transportation of processed food is achieved through the clamps on the feeding side of the machine. Processed food is placed in the silo and clamped by clamps.
3.The sliced food falls at the exit end and is manually taken away.
4.When the cover or slicing chamber is opened, the control green light goes out and slicing stops immediately. Close the cover and turn off the control light to continue working.
The machine can only be cleaned when it is in a stopped state, and the power socket should be unplugged;Open all protective covers and processing compartment doors;The cleaning work requires the following corresponding cleaning plan:
Preliminary cleaning of residue: Manual operation, using warm water
Comprehensive cleaning:Use a lower pressure of less than 30 Pa and a water temperature of around 60 degrees Celsius
Alkaline cleaning: Rinse with warm water
Acidic cleaning: Manual cleaning, mechanical rinsing
