The small bottle washing machine UP-DBT-III is mainly used for automatic cleaning, disinfection, and drying of commonly used laboratory vessels (conical bottles, beakers, test tubes, pipettes, reagent bottles, flasks, culture dishes, etc.) in the laboratory.
Product features:
1. Circulating system: Designed with a 500L/min high flow circulating spray system, it has extremely strong cleaning ability;
2. Double steam condensation system ensures that the hot steam in the cleaning chamber can be quickly converted into water;
3. Equipped with PT1000 dual probe temperature sensor as standard, ensuring accurate temperature during the cleaning process;
4. The original imported circulation pump and circulation speed sensor ensure high-speed and pressure adaptive spraying process;
5. A mesh filter is standard at the connection between the inlet pipe and the tap water to ensure the monitoring data of the flow controller;
6. The inner cavity of the cleaning machine is made of a whole plate of 316L stainless steel plate that has been bent and stamped, without welding or corrosion resistance. The inner cavity is made of AISI 316L mirror polished stainless steel, with rounded corners and a sloping bottom design to ensure cleanliness;
