Performance characteristics:
The W11SNC series high-precision universal rolling machine was introduced in 1955 in cooperation with the Kurimoto Iron Works in Japan. Its characteristics are as follows:
(1) The upper roller is in the shape of a drum, and the lower part of the lower roller is adjusted with a support roller, which can roll products with high straightness from thin plates to thick plates in a wide range (national patent).
(2) The unique rear rolling process, continuous bending, avoids the occurrence of "dead bending" and "sharp peach" in the product, and can obtain high-precision products (national patent).
(3) The end pre bending of the sheet is achieved by directly pressing the upper roller, which can control the length and shape of the remaining straight edges and achieve high-precision end pre bending.
(4) The equipment adopts an integral chassis, with a simple foundation and convenient mobility in the workplace.
