1 Small sized atomized hydrogen peroxide sterilizerProduct Introduction
The space atomization hydrogen peroxide sterilization system uses the gasification method of spore killing agent dry mist to sterilize the overall space and surface of the clean area. Through professional sterilization schemes and software, it provides a complete set of thorough, convenient, safe, environmentally friendly and reliable best methods for sterilization of sterile clean areas for pharmaceutical customers. At the same time, challenging experiments on bacterial spore biological indicators can reach 10%3~106The secondary killing effect. The biggest features of the atomized hydrogen peroxide sterilization system are: good sterilization effect, short operation time, no residual sporicidal agent, non corrosive environment, low operating cost, and complete validation support.
II working principle
The spray process is completed by diffusing dry fog to the area to be sterilized. When the average diameter of droplets is less than 10 microns, the sprayed mist can be referred to as "dry"; Small droplets will bounce off the wall and will not break or adhere, making the surface moist. And all the conditions are established to meet the requirement that fungicides can effectively move to designated areas in the form of atomization, which determines that they can move to areas that are difficult to reach normally.
Dry fog has the following properties:
Dry droplets do not settle and undergo irregular motion (Brownian motion principle);
Dry droplets will not aggregate together to produce large droplets;
Dry droplets will rebound upon surface contact without breaking, thus wetting the surface;
Therefore, these properties of dry mist gas provide good spatial and surface contact effects in areas that are difficult to reach.

Small droplets will bounce back, so they won't break. Large droplets break, so they adhere wet
