The sludge concentration electrode adopts the principle of optical method. The infrared light emitted by the electrode emitter is absorbed, reflected and scattered by the measured substance during the transmission process, and only a small part of the light can be irradiated onto the detector. The transmittance of the transmitted light is related to the concentration of the measured sewage. Therefore, the sludge concentration in the sewage can be calculated by measuring the transmittance of the transmitted light.

1. The sludge concentration meter should be installed indoorsOr there may be defensesThe position of the protective device should not be easily placed around itzhiExplosive and flammable materials.
2. The installation location of the sludge concentration meter should be chosen to facilitate users and industrial wastewater treatment installation and maintenance personnel to read the instrument nameplate, and to facilitate use, maintenance, and overhaul.
3. All power and pipeline connections must comply with national and local standards. The front end of the power supply for the sludge concentration meter must be equipped with an insulation switch or a circuit breaker.
4. For safety and to avoid interference from external signals on the instrument, the power cord of the sludge concentration meter should be connected to a socket with corresponding specifications, ground wire markings, and electrical standards, and the ground wire must be well grounded.
5. The internal circuit of the sludge concentration meter can be found in the wiring diagram, and the rated values of voltage and power can be found on the nameplate of the product. The power capacity of industrial wastewater treatment users must meet the requirements for normal use of the instrument.
