1、 Overview of GXF type diagonal flow fan
1. GXF diagonal flow fan has a straight impeller hub with a relatively small inlet diameter, which accelerates the airflow on the meridional plane and avoids the separation of airflow caused by large protrusions between the impeller hub and the rear guide vane hub, thereby enabling the fan to achieve high efficiency and low noise. Due to the increase in axial velocity of the airflow in the fan channel, the static pressure gradient decreases, avoiding airflow detachment and achieving a higher pressure coefficient.
2. After long-term continuous improvement and development, GXF diagonal flow fans have formed various types of products with a wide range of parameters and easy selection, which can adapt to different working conditions. The fan motor can be made into a dual speed motor to achieve two speed adjustments. It can also be equipped with a variable frequency motor and a variable frequency controller to achieve stepless speed regulation. The specific selection also needs to be adjusted according to the performance requirements of different operating points.
3. The fan can be made into an explosion-proof fan with an explosion-proof rating of EXdIIBT4
4. Flexible accessories, due to different noise requirements in different places, can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths, or the fan can be made into a wrapped type.
2、 Working conditions of GXF diagonal flow fan
Working temperature: -20~+45 ℃;
Humidity: less than 99%;
Medium conditions: air (with a dust content not exceeding 100mg/m3);
Working power supply: three-phase 380V/50Hz.
3、 Application of GXF diagonal flow fan
Fans can be widely used in ventilation and air exchange places such as industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, restaurants, museums, and sports venues. They are most suitable for pipeline pressurization, air supply and exhaust, as well as ventilation and air exchange in high-rise buildings and general buildings.
4、 Product processing technology
The fan impeller is made of steel, the hub is hydraulically stretched and formed, the blades are hydraulically formed after stamping, and the blades are welded and assembled with the hub. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.
The outer flange is made by integral flanging and spinning.
