Blast furnace slag can be processed into valuable materials with multiple uses using various techniques. Under the action of activators such as cement clinker, lime, gypsum, etc., it shows hydraulic cementing properties and is a high-quality cement raw material. 70% to 80% of the cement produced in our country is mixed with varying amounts of water slag. Water slag can also be used as insulation materials, wet grinding and wet grinding slag, fine aggregates for concrete and road engineering; Soil improvement materials, etc.

It is an ideal choice for processing quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc, ceramics, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ore, barite, bentonite, coal gangue, coal and other materials.
The slag mill mainly consists of three major steps: early crushing, lifting, intermediate powder making, grading, and later dust removal. The early equipment mainly includes jaw crusher, bucket elevator, silo, and electromagnetic vibration feeder. The middle stage powder making and grading mainly includes reducer, main engine, analyzer, and blower. The later stage is dust removal equipment.
