Application

Six station circular knife die-cutting machine, material composite, this equipment is suitable for various die-cutting industries such as tape, protective film, foam, mesh, copper aluminum foil, backlight module, flexible circuit board, medical and hygiene.
DCR-1020 is suitable for multi-station set position die cutting, laminating. This machine is applicable for adhesive tape, protection film, foam, mesh cloth, aluminum and copper foil, back light module, flexible circuit board, medicine and hygiene field, etc.

Feature
1. The main operation adopts a computer touch type industrial control computer, with graphic display, intuitive and clear, easy to operate, and can use both keyboard and mouse as well as touch by hand.
The main operation interface adopts touch panel, with picture display for easy operation.

3. All feeding and unloading shafts are independently driven by motors, with free feeding and unloading, forward and reverse rotation, and sensitivity tension sensing shaft feedback control, ensuring smooth and stable material operation.
All unwind & rewind shafts are driven separately by servo motors. The unwinding, rewinding, straight & reverse rotation are more flexible and controlled by high sensitivity tension sensor shaft’s feedback to ensure smooth running.
4. The motion control of all knife holders is driven by servo motors from Lenz, Germany, with sufficient torque, stable acceleration and deceleration, independently adjustable, and a cutting accuracy of ± 0.075mm.
All cutter holder’s movements are controlled by German Lenz servo motor with enough torsion, stable acceleration and deceleration, precision can be ±0.075mm.
5. The control system is jointly controlled by German Lenz PLC and synchronous controller, with high synchronization.

11. Equipped with color coded electric eye tracking to meet the requirements of printing product positioning in production. Color code electric eye tracking system can meet the demand of position precision of produce printing product.

Features
