working principle:
The single helix cone mixer operates at the same speed by connecting a single helix with a scraper on the screw belt through a single-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer. During operation, the central spiral lifts the material inside the cylinder from the bottom to the top, while the spiral belt spirals and lifts the powder material from bottom to top along the cylinder arm. The materials produce convection, shear, mixing, and diffusion with each other. Due to the installation of scraper blades on the spiral belt, it can make materials with poor fluidity or certain viscosity more adaptable to non stick arms.
