The single screw extruder is suitable for dehydrating wet materials with high water content in industries such as starch and feed. Its structure is a conical shell with an internal conical spiral belt of unequal pitch, which compresses the material due to the dual factors of pitch length and height during rotation. The dehydrated material is discharged from the discharge end, and the squeezed water flows out through the sieve holes inside the shell. It has a high compression ratio, good dehydration effect, low discharge moisture, smooth operation without vibration, and can be continuously produced.

Product Usage:
This product is suitable for dehydration of fibers and germ in the production process of corn starch, as well as for dehydration treatment of similar coarse fiber materials in other industries. Structural features:
The device uses a hard toothed reducer as the driving power, which operates smoothly without vibration and has a compact structure. The outer periphery of the spiral blades of the main engine is a cone, forming a double compression ratio of blade pitch and height, pushing the material forward for compression. The water is discharged from the permeable shell embedded with a perforated screen plate, and the dehydrated material is discharged through the discharge port. The permeable wall shell and sieve plate adopt a double bolt fastening structure for easy maintenance and disassembly. Both the feed inlet and the lower part of the permeable wall are equipped with water receiving buckets and drainage pipes, which facilitate the recovery of washing water. The main shaft of the conical variable pitch spiral blade runs at low speed, and during the extrusion process, the volume of the material gradually decreases, fully draining the accumulated water and forming an ideal state of looseness and low water content. The device is small in size and easy to operate and maintain.
