Purpose: This unit is mainly used for blowing plastic films, greenhouse films, and various packaging films made from single (or multiple) varieties of polyethylene raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, mLLDPE, and EVA.
Configuration and Function: The extruder barrel and screw are made of high-quality alloy steel, which has undergone nitriding treatment and precision machining, and is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a long service life. The intelligent temperature control device is accurate and reliable, saving energy. Adopting a rubber roller (or horizontal steel roller) friction winding mechanism, and using a rotating mold to ensure smooth and neat film winding. The main motor and other transmission parts of the extruder are controlled by inorganic frequency conversion speed regulation, and equipped with hard tooth surface reducers to improve the working efficiency of the unit and achieve higher control accuracy of the products.
