The equipment integrates ultrasonic cleaning, pressure jet cleaning, filter membrane sampling (particle extraction), online filtration and recovery of cleaning agents, and circulating fine filtration. Pressure jet cleaning can achieve synchronous cleaning of parts and filtration and sampling of particulate pollutants. Ultrasonic part cleaning implements fully automatic part sampling, combined with mirror integrated cleaning and detection space, which can collect particulate pollutants on the surface of parts to the surface of the filter membrane in a timely manner. After cleaning the parts, the filter membrane sample can be obtained, reducing the retention time of particulate pollutants in the cleaning agent; Subverting the traditional manual manual cleaning and testing methods, standardizing the cleanliness testing and control process, and improving testing efficiency. The operating space for cleaning parts is relatively independent, with a built-in air laminar flow system to purify the cleaning operating environment, effectively isolate the cleaning area from the external environment, and build a clean operating platform for cleaning and testing. 2. Main functions and system components
2.1 Air laminar flow purification
The equipment integrates a ventilation device with air circulation and filtration function. The fan sucks in air from the top and filters it through HEPA. The filtered clean air is evenly sent out at a wind speed of 0.45m/s ± 10%, ensuring a constant and uniform laminar flow of air. Create a clean space of Class 1000 or Class 100 in the cleaning work area (the air level in ordinary laboratories is Class 1 million), providing a good cleaning operating environment for component cleanliness testing and reducing the impact of external environment on testing results.
2.2 Pressure jet cleaning
Use the pressure in the cleaning area to clean the interface, and automatically clean the part detection position according to preset parameters. Alternatively, the pressure cleaning spray gun can be used to manually control the spray gun to rinse the surface of the parts according to the cleaning procedure. The cleaning pressure, flow rate, and angle can be adjusted according to the specifications.
2.3 Ultrasonic automatic cleaning
Ultrasonic vibration cleaning utilizes the cavitation, acceleration, and direct flow effects of ultrasonic waves in liquids to directly and indirectly affect liquids and pollutants. It generates a pressure of 1012-1013pa and local temperature around bubbles, destroys the adhesion of insoluble particles and pollutants, and separates them into solution, ultimately achieving the effect of cleaning surface particles and pollutants of parts. The cleaning effect is better than pressure cleaning, and the cleaning uniformity is better. The equipment integrates this function internally, which can achieve fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning and a higher degree of automation in cleaning and detection.
2.4 Online filtering and sample preparation
After cleaning the parts, the cleaning agent can be synchronously and automatically filtered and recycled through an online filter, and the surface particles and pollutants of the parts in the cleaning solution can be collected on the surface of the detection filter membrane in a timely manner. No manual operation is required to filter the cleaning solution.
2.5 Circulating fine filter cleaning agent
The equipment uses a specialized cleaning solution for cleanliness. The cleaning solution is a carrier used to extract particulate pollutants from the equipment. The cleaning solution itself cannot contain pollutants that affect the detection result data. The equipment integrates automatic precision filtration of the cleaning solution to ensure that the cleaning solution is clean before cleaning the parts. Its own cleanliness can be verified through a terminal filtration device.
2.6 Add/Replace Cleaning Agent
The internal loading capacity of the device is 20L at a time; The matching cleaning solution is automatically added to the interior of the equipment through the filling port. Users can choose the appropriate amount according to their cleaning and testing needs. When the cleaning solution needs to be replaced, select the corresponding control button, open the cleaning solution discharge port, and the equipment will automatically discharge the used cleaning solution.
2.7 Work status prompt
Real time display of current working status, current flow rate, total amount of cleaning solution, cleaning mode, and other information. Real time monitoring of working status. When an error is encountered, the equipment automatically stops working and issues an alarm prompt, displaying the current error information and providing problem-solving assistance methods.
2.8 Cleaning parameter settings
Adjust the storage cleaning parameters based on different cleanliness testing standards for cleaning pressure, flow rate parameters, cleaning time, and cleaning mode.
