1. Scope of application
Parts that require overall surface spraying, local surface and internal cavity spraying and flow cleaning are widely used for pressure/ultrasonic cleaning method to detect product cleanliness. For example, cleanliness testing of components and assemblies such as cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, oil pans, connecting rods, camshafts, valves, pistons, seals, etc.

The equipment integrates functions of pressure jet cleaning, particle extraction, filtration, particle collection, membrane making, and cleaning solution recovery. Pressure jet cleaning can achieve synchronous cleaning of parts and sampling of particle pollutants, and can timely collect particle pollutants on the surface of parts to the surface of the filter membrane, subverting the traditional way of fume hood cleaning and detection, standardizing the cleanliness detection control process, and improving detection efficiency. The operating space for cleaning parts is relatively independent, effectively isolating the cleaning area from the external environment, and providing a clean operating platform for cleaning and testing. *The pressure cleaning tank has undergone mirror polishing treatment and is constructed with a 4-sided 25 ° conical (funnel-shaped) surface, which is beneficial for reducing particle residue and collecting cleaning solution; The cleaning area is equipped with a grid support frame.
*The filtration accuracy of the cleaning solution filtration system is 0.45um. The cleaning solution can be recycled, and the entire filtration system can be replaced for easy disassembly and cleaning.
*The storage tank is equipped with a drain valve and is located at the lowest position for easy drainage and replacement of cleaning solution.
*The pressure spray gun is equipped with an independent online filter with a filtration accuracy of 1.25um. The spray gun is equipped with replaceable or convertible direct and fan shaped nozzles.

4. Main functions
*Laminar air purification
The equipment integrates a ventilation device with air circulation and filtration function. The fan sucks in air from the top and filters it through HEPA. The filtered clean air is evenly sent out at a wind speed of 0.45m/s ± 10%, ensuring a constant and uniform laminar flow of air. Create a clean space of Class 1000 or Class 100 in the cleaning work area (the air level in ordinary laboratories is Class 1 million), providing a good cleaning operating environment for component cleanliness testing and reducing the impact of external environment on testing results.
*Ultrasonic automatic cleaning
Ultrasonic vibration cleaning utilizes the cavitation, acceleration, and direct flow effects of ultrasonic waves in liquids to directly and indirectly affect liquids and pollutants. It generates a pressure of 1012-1013pa and local temperature around bubbles, destroys the adhesion of insoluble particles and pollutants, and separates them into solution, ultimately achieving the effect of cleaning surface particles and pollutants of parts. The cleaning effect is better than pressure cleaning, and the cleaning uniformity is better. The equipment integrates this function internally, which can achieve fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning and a higher degree of automation in cleaning and detection. The ultrasonic cleaning time, temperature, and frequency can be set, and the cleaning will automatically stop after reaching the set value.
*Pressure jet cleaning
Use the pressure in the cleaning area to clean the interface, and automatically clean the part detection position according to preset parameters. Alternatively, the pressure cleaning spray gun can be used to manually control the spray gun to rinse the surface of the parts according to the cleaning procedure. The cleaning pressure, flow rate, and angle can be adjusted according to the specifications.
*Pressure spray self-cleaning
Before testing the cleanliness of the parts, the equipment needs to conduct a self cleanliness test. Only after the self cleanliness is qualified can it be used to test the surface cleanliness index of the parts.
*Online filtering and sample preparation
After cleaning the parts, the cleaning agent can be synchronously and automatically filtered and recycled through an online filter, and the surface particles and pollutants of the parts in the cleaning solution can be collected on the surface of the detection filter membrane in a timely manner. No manual operation is required to filter the cleaning solution.
*Ø Fine filter cleaning agent
The equipment uses a specialized cleaning solution for cleanliness. The cleaning solution is a carrier used to extract particulate pollutants from the equipment. The cleaning solution itself cannot contain pollutants that affect the detection result data. The equipment integrates automatic precision filtration of the cleaning solution to ensure that the cleaning solution is clean before cleaning the parts. Its own cleanliness can be verified through a terminal filtration device.
*Cleaning parameter settings
Adjust the cleaning parameters based on different cleanliness testing standards, including the flow rate of cleaning solution, ultrasonic cleaning time, and cleaning mode.
