The secondary vulcanization oven, also known as the vulcanization oven or post vulcanization oven, is a hot air circulating constant temperature oven specifically designed for vulcanization or curing products. The vulcanization oven process uses a temperature of around 200 degrees Celsius and is mainly used for automotive rubber parts, natural rubber products, synthetic rubber parts, silicone products, etc. This equipment is equipped with hot air self circulation, precise temperature control, and a fast exhaust device to accelerate the exhaust gas emission inside the box.

1. Adopting an intelligent temperature controller, PID automatic calculation, LED display, and SSR solid-state relay output, it can accurately control the accuracy of temperature.

2. Design oven air ducts based on product features for good temperature uniformity; Add a medium efficiency filter to the air inlet.

3. To meet the requirements of silicone vulcanization; Increase the heating power of the oven and install a strong exhaust fan at the air outlet to reduce the overflow of smoke and dust inside the oven. Unique exhaust vent silicone oil recovery device to prevent silicone oil from flowing back and contaminating products.

4. Adopting two types of control, fixed value and program, to meet different usage requirements, high reliability, and meet harsh on-site use.

5. The sealing strip is made of silicone rubber strip, which can withstand temperature and not deform. The door and inner liner adopt a double-layer sealing form to enhance the sealing effect

Timing method: 0-999 minute timer (SKG), optional power on timing/constant temperature timing.

Control and safety: PIH+SSR solid-state and AC contactor control output, high temperature control accuracy; Simultaneously equipped with leakage protection, motor overload protection, and over temperature protection (SKG).
