PP material, PE material, solves printing, bonding, and instability problems. The surface of materials such as glass, ceramics, metal, plastic, silicone, etc. is cleaned and treated, and the adhesion is significantly improved after treatment.
In the production process of products such as mobile phones, touch screens, and laptop displays in the LCD panel industry, the connection between the display screen and the flexible film circuit used to be achieved through hot pressing, which directly adheres the flexible film circuit to the glass with wiring points on the LCD through heating and pressure. This process requires a clean glass surface, but in actual production, storage, and transportation, the glass surface is easily contaminated. If not cleaned, fingerprints or dust will inevitably appear. The short circuits caused by these surface impurity particles can cause malfunctions in the display segments of the LCD for a period of time, usually manifested as display loss or disorder in the display screen. In addition, poor adhesion between thin film circuits and glass due to low surface tension can also cause malfunctions. The traditional method to solve this problem is to use cotton swabs and cleaning agents to manually clean the glass of the LCD, but this treatment method can result in an average waste rate of up to 12%. The use of plasma technology for cleaning LCD glass has removed impurity particles, increased the surface energy of the material, and resulted in an order of magnitude increase in product yield. Meanwhile, due to the electrically neutral nature of the jet low-temperature plasma, it will not damage the protective film, ITO film layer, and polarizing filter during processing. This processing can be done "online" and does not require solvents, making it more environmentally friendly.
