1、 Product Overview
The JD-SCJJ-G series circulating water bypass processor - specifically designed for chilled water, is a new development based on the original full flow water processor and combined with the characteristics of the chilled water system. It adopts the principle of low-voltage electric field with superimposed pulses, automatically adjusts the processing signal according to water quality, and only requires bypass treatment. This side flow water processor is mainly suitable for the treatment of sterilization, algae removal, and scale removal in circulating chilled water systems, as well as the removal of suspended solids in water.
2、 Working principle
After passing through the bypass water processor, the polymerization degree of water molecules decreases and the structure deforms. Under the action of an electric field, the processor produces a large number of microcrystals, which can preferentially remove the easily scaling ions in the water, thus achieving the purpose of scale prevention.
For systems that have already formed scale, reactive oxygen species disrupt the electronic binding between scale molecules, causing the scale to gradually peel off and achieve the goal of scale removal.
The water passes through a bypass water processor, causing changes in the ecological environment of bacteria and algae in the water, resulting in the loss of living conditions and death, achieving the purpose of sterilization and algae elimination.
Reactive oxygen species form an oxide film on the pipe wall, preventing pipeline corrosion and achieving the purpose of corrosion prevention and rust removal.
