Scope of application of chiller: The product is widely used in industries such as injection molding, electroplating, electronics, chemistry, hardware, food, fish farming, dyeing, sauna and cold water bath.

Daily maintenance of chiller:

1、 Regularly check whether the voltage and current of the chiller are stable, and whether the sound of the compressor running is normal

2、 Regularly check if there are any leaks in the refrigerant of the chiller

3、 Check whether the cooling (heat dissipation) water system of the chiller is normal, whether the cooling tower fan and sprinkler shaft are running well, and whether the water replenishment of the built-in water tank of the chiller is normal;

4、 When the chiller is used for up to six months, it should be cleaned once a year. The main cleaning parts include the cooling water tower, cooling (heat dissipation) water pipe system, and shell and tube condenser to ensure better cooling effect

5、 When the chiller is not in use for a long time, the circuit switches such as the water pump, compressor, and main power supply of the cooling (heat dissipation) water tower should be turned off in a timely manner.
