When the temperature inside the furnace reaches the set value, the red light on the digital meter will turn on, and the furnace will be powered off to cool down. When the temperature inside the furnace reaches the set value, the red light on the digital meter will light up, indicating that the furnace has been powered off for cooling. In the future, the gap between the red and green lights will jump, achieving the purpose of automatic constant temperature control.
6.For safe operation, the furnace body must be effectively grounded, and the power supply must be cut off before taking or placing objects.

1.When the electric furnace is used again or after a long period of disuse, it must be dried in an oven. Drying time:
950℃ electric furnace: room temperature—200℃ four hours 200℃--600℃ four hours
1300℃ electric furnace: room temperature—200℃ an hour 200℃--500℃ Two hours
room temperature—800℃ Three hours 800℃--1200℃ Two hours
2When using electric furnaces and control consoles, the rated power must not be exceeded (the power can be calculated from the readings of ammeters and voltmeters). The furnace temperature shall not exceed the limit temperature. Hot workpieces with high moisture content should be pre dried. When the electric furnace has not yet cooled down, it is forbidden to pour various liquids into the furnace.
3Regularly check whether the connections of various terminals on the electric furnace and control console are good. Regularly remove oxides from the furnace.

If the damage is severe and cannot be used, some of the furnace lining bricks and insulation materials can be removed to replace the damaged furnace or furnace lining. When rebuilding, attention should be paid to ensuring that the lining bricks are tightly aligned.
