◆ Touch screen controller
Adopting a large touch screen display, the screen replaces the traditional button based operation method, making operation simple and program editing easy. The controller operation interface is available in both Chinese and English.
It can display real-time operating curves and has a curve summary function. It can directly view the changes in temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration curves, abnormal alarms, and door opening and closing information during the same time period.
After inputting the data and experimental conditions, the controller has a screen lock function to avoid human touch instead of normal shutdown.
The 72 hour machine operation record query function facilitates users to track and trace historical operation information for abnormal situations.
Equipped with RS-485 communication interface, it can be programmed on a computer to monitor the experimental process and perform functions such as power on/off.
CO2 concentration control system
Imported infrared (IR) sensor control
During the experiment, it is necessary to frequently open the box door, and infrared sensors are an ideal choice. The imported infrared (IR) sensor selected by Yiheng is highly sensitive to changes in CO2 concentration and is not affected by other internal conditions of the incubator. It has high measurement accuracy and avoids the influence of temperature and humidity inside the incubator on traditional thermal conductivity probes when monitoring CO2 concentration. If the door is opened for 30 seconds and then closed, the set concentration of CO2 can be restored to 5% within ≤ 3 minutes. Even in situations where multiple people need to frequently open and close the door, the CO2 concentration inside the box can still be quickly, stably, and uniformly maintained.
Temperature control//monitoring system
A. Incubator temperature control system
Pt100 temperature detector ensures accurate temperature inside the box. The heating power can be adjusted in real time by the difference between the actual temperature inside the box and the set temperature, ensuring the accuracy of the actual temperature inside the box. The experimental temperature can be restored within 3 minutes after the user opens and closes the door for sampling and layout.
B. Door temperature heating system
The outer box door has a heating function, and the door temperature follows the box temperature slightly higher than the box temperature, which can effectively prevent the glass door from producing condensation water, facilitate observation of the experimental process, and avoid the possibility of microbial contamination caused by the condensation water produced by the glass door.
C. Environmental temperature monitoring system
An independent ambient temperature detector that can automatically adjust the CO2 incubator heating system based on changes in the ambient temperature during the experiment to avoid temperature overshoot inside the incubator.
D. Overtemperature protection system
A backup temperature control system independent of the CO2 incubator temperature control system. When the incubator temperature control system malfunctions and causes temperature loss, and the temperature in the working chamber reaches the set limit of the controller, the overtemperature protection system will automatically cut off heating and sound an alarm.
E. Power outage alarm system

Sterilization system
A. 90 ℃ High Temperature Wet Heat Sterilization System (RHP)
It can thoroughly sterilize the interior (including temperature sensors, carbon dioxide concentration sensors, fans, partitions, and brackets) with high temperature and humidity, completely eliminating microbial contamination caused by bacteria, molds, mycoplasma, and other microorganisms on cell culture, providing users with a safe experimental environment.
Easy to operate: Users only need to press the (sterilization start) button on the control panel, and this sterilization system can thoroughly sterilize all components inside the box, including temperature sensors, carbon dioxide concentration sensors, fans, partitions, and brackets. The entire sterilization process takes 18 hours to ensure comprehensive and efficient sterilization.
B. UV Sterilization System (RWP)
The ultraviolet sterilization lamp is located at the top and rear of the box, which can regularly sterilize the inside of the box, effectively killing water vapor floating bacteria in the circulating air and humidification water tray or bottom slope water tray inside the box, thereby effectively preventing contamination during cell culture.
Automatic control of circulating fan speed
The speed of the circulating fan can be automatically controlled. When the temperature inside the box is at a constant temperature, the speed will decrease and the circulating wind speed will be adjusted to a suitable speed for cell growth, avoiding sample evaporation caused by excessive air volume during the experiment.
Efficient filter
A. Microbial high-efficiency filter
The CO2 inlet is equipped with a microbial high-efficiency filter, which has a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99% for particles with a diameter ≥ 0.3 μ m, effectively filtering bacteria and dust particles in CO2 gas.
B. HEPA high-efficiency filter (optional)
The gas quality inside the CO2 incubator is an important indicator for measuring the cell culture environment. HEPA high-efficiency filters can effectively filter out bacteria and dust particles from the outside air, eliminate and prevent cross contamination between the outside air and the incubator, and keep the incubator in a sterile state at all times. After the door is closed for 5 minutes, the air quality inside the box can quickly return to a level 100 cleanliness.
