BASIC INFORMATION OF THE PROJECT

1. This project is for the treatment of exhaust gas generated during the spraying and baking process of metal components production. The exhaust gas mainly consists of benzene, toluene, xylene, and total VOCs.
2. The air volume is 35000m ³/h, the relative humidity is 80%, and the concentration is about 200mg/m ³/h.
3. The treatment process used is water spray+dry filter+activated carbon adsorption concentration+catalytic combustion (CO) equipment. After processing, it meets the environmental emission standards of Shandong Province.
