It utilizes the high-efficiency and broad-spectrum killing ability of UV-C band (T254nm) ultraviolet light to kill pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses, achieving the purpose of water purification and disinfection.

Due to the use of first-class high-efficiency ultraviolet lamps and excellent electrical control systems, the power loss of the Senwei ultraviolet disinfection system is significantly lower than that of traditional ultraviolet disinfection systems. In terms of system design, the designers of Senwei Environmental Protection Company fully consider the attenuation of light intensity during the operation of ultraviolet lamps and the deposition on the surface of quartz sleeves, which weakens the light intensity and reduces the sterilization efficiency. UV-C disinfection module:
The Senwei Environmental Protection Open UV-C Sewage Disinfection System adopts a modular design. Each UV-C disinfection module consists of a stainless steel lamp frame, several UV lamps, high transmittance quartz sleeves (set outside the UV lamps), an automatic cleaning system, a power distribution system, and a data acquisition system. The entire UV-C disinfection system consists of several UV-C disinfection modules, which are easy to install, operate, and maintain.
Design advantages of Senwei Environmental Protection UV-C Disinfection Module:
The material used for the module is corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel. The UV-C lamp tube and signal cable are sealed inside the disinfection module and will not be exposed to sewage and ultraviolet light. From the picture, it can be seen that there are no exposed cables.

Sunway UV-C Lamp:
One of the core components of the UV-C disinfection system is the UV-C lamp tube, which is a world-class low-voltage high-strength UV lamp tube. The maximum power of a single lamp tube can reach over 400W, and the UV output can reach over 40%. Each disinfection module is equipped with several UV lamps. The expected service life of the lamp is 12000-20000 hours, which is affected by on-site usage conditions such as the number of lamp switches, water quality, and frequency of lamp cleaning.

Quartz glass sleeve:
All Senwei quartz glass sleeves adopt the international standard of fused silica lamp sleeves, which are made of high temperature resistant materials with low OH composition, and have the advantages of high purity, high transmittance (≥ 90%), etc. This quartz sleeve is suitable for mercury lamps and other quartz material lamps. In an open UV-C disinfection system, multiple UV lamps are sealed in high transmittance quartz glass sleeves and wired internally. Waterproof materials are used on the outer wall to ensure insulation between the UV lamps, with a protection level of IP68.

Automatic Control Center:
Human Computer Interface (HCI) Electronic Control System:
The casing of the electronic control system is made of carbon steel spray painted. Adopting a three-phase balanced design can effectively avoid unsafe factors caused by three-phase imbalance in power transmission line systems. The electronic control system monitors and controls all parameters throughout the entire process through a human-machine interface (HCI), including monitoring the status of UV lamps on and off, UV light intensity monitoring, automatic control of lamp light intensity, timing of lamp operation, water temperature monitoring, and UV C transmittance monitoring, to facilitate the operator's monitoring of the operation of the UV disinfection system.

Remote System Monitoring Center:
The monitoring center of the Senwei UV-C disinfection system can be placed in the monitoring and data acquisition center of the sewage treatment plant or on the desktop of the monitoring personnel. It is equipped with a computer operating system and uses the Sunway sewage disinfection system graphical user interface monitoring software. This graphical user interface displays the latest information on the UV disinfection system and a "Help" menu for user convenience.
The system control center can also provide most UV monitoring functions for remote monitoring and control, realizing all on-site HCI functions and long-term data storage functions. Users can connect the RS-232 serial port to the system control center to obtain the latest analysis data on the status of the UV disinfection system. There are LCD screens and high-resolution graphic displays for users to choose from, either of which comes with a simple keyboard and menu interface.
All the above data can be transmitted to the system control center through asynchronous communication and processed quickly. The system control center also has other functions, and its software can be upgraded in version.

Alarm system:
When a fault occurs, the alarm device can indicate to the user which fault and fault location it is through sound, light, visual and other means. It can also indicate any lamp circuit for UV lamp faults.

UV probe:
The UV probe is installed underwater, and its casing is made of 316L stainless steel. Each UV disinfection module is equipped with a UV probe to transmit UV light intensity data. The ultraviolet probe can monitor the long-term changes in sewage transmittance and lamp ultraviolet output intensity.

Automatic cleaning system:
The effectiveness of ultraviolet sewage disinfection is often greatly affected by the scaling on the surface of the lamp tube, resulting in a significant decrease in ultraviolet intensity. The Senwei automatic cleaning system adopts its own patented technology, which can perform online automatic mechanical and chemical cleaning on the surface of the lamp tube within any set time period without affecting the working conditions. 2. Automatic control of water level by ultrasonic level controller through control center for electric barrier gate

Equipment maintenance crane:
The open UV-C disinfection system adopts a modular design, and can be lifted off the water surface by a crane for installation and maintenance. There is no need to interrupt the operation of the entire system (or even other disinfection modules) during maintenance or repair. At the same time, even if one disinfection module malfunctions, it will not affect the operation of other disinfection modules. Simply repair or replace the malfunctioning disinfection module, and the system can operate normally again.
Attention: Regular cleaning is beneficial for ensuring the disinfection efficiency of the UV disinfection system. During system operation, certain suspended solids (such as algae, plastics, etc.) can be easily washed away by water.
