Due to the use of first-class high-efficiency ultraviolet lamps and excellent electrical control systems, the power loss of the Senwei ultraviolet disinfection system is significantly lower than that of traditional ultraviolet disinfection systems. UV-C disinfection module:
The Senwei Environmental Protection Open UV-C Sewage Disinfection System adopts a modular design. Each UV-C disinfection module consists of a stainless steel lamp frame, several UV lamps, high transmittance quartz sleeves (set outside the UV lamps), an automatic cleaning system, a power distribution system, and a data acquisition system. The entire UV-C disinfection system consists of several UV-C disinfection modules, which are easy to install, operate, and maintain.
Design advantages of Senwei Environmental Protection UV-C Disinfection Module:
The material used for the module is corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel. The UV-C lamp tube and signal cable are sealed inside the disinfection module and will not be exposed to sewage and ultraviolet light. From the picture, it can be seen that there are no exposed cables.
Sunway UV-C Lamp:
One of the core components of the UV-C disinfection system is the UV-C lamp tube, which is a world-class low-voltage high-strength UV lamp tube. The maximum power of a single lamp tube can reach over 400W, and the UV output can reach over 40%. Each disinfection module is equipped with several UV lamps. The expected service life of the lamp is 12000-20000 hours, which is affected by on-site usage conditions such as the number of lamp switches, water quality, and frequency of lamp cleaning.
Quartz glass sleeve:
All Senwei quartz glass sleeves adopt the international standard of fused silica lamp sleeves, which are made of high temperature resistant materials with low OH composition, and have the advantages of high purity, high transmittance (≥ 90%), etc. This quartz sleeve is suitable for mercury lamps and other quartz material lamps. In an open UV-C disinfection system, multiple UV lamps are sealed in high transmittance quartz glass sleeves and wired internally. Remote System Monitoring Center:

This graphical user interface displays the latest information on the UV disinfection system and a "Help" menu for user convenience.
The system control center can also provide most UV monitoring functions for remote monitoring and control, realizing all on-site HCI functions and long-term data storage functions. Users can connect the RS-232 serial port to the system control center to obtain the latest analysis data on the status of the UV disinfection system. At the same time, even if one disinfection module malfunctions, it will not affect the operation of other disinfection modules. Simply repair or replace the malfunctioning disinfection module, and the system can operate normally again.
