Working principle

The large amount of lead dust generated during the smelting process is mainly composed of lead oxide. The exhaust gas is attracted by the fan, passes through the exhaust hood and pipeline, and enters the purifier. It collides, wets, diffuses, and washes the absorption liquid sprayed by the pump to remove lead dust and other substances and gases from the lead gas. Then, the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the fan, duct, and hood. And the absorption liquid still returns to the water tank, where it passes through inclined pipes, filter screens, and other functions to clarify impurities in the absorption liquid. In this way, it is recycled and reused, and the water in the tank can be self replenished using a float valve.
