
The ZNYG self flushing series water purifier has introduced technologies from China Municipal Engineering Southwest Design Institute and other units, integrating advanced technologies in water treatment and drawing on the advantages of similar products. It has been designed and combined more reasonably for mixing, reaction, sedimentation, filtration, and backwashing of filter materials, and can adapt to high, medium, and ground turbidity in rivers, lakes, and streams across the country.
Due to its small size, small footprint, low investment, fast deployment, energy saving, and convenient management, the treated water quality can be less than 5 milligrams per liter, regardless of whether it is for ground turbidity with raw water turbidity less than 100 milligrams per liter or high turbidity with raw water turbidity of 3000 milligrams per liter (which can reach 6000 milligrams per liter in a short period of time). Therefore, it has become the most popular water purification equipment in rural areas, urban areas, small and medium-sized industrial and mining enterprises, construction sites, field work units, and military barracks.
2、 Working principle and structure
The raw water is mixed, reacted, precipitated, and filtered to achieve a turbidity of less than 5 milligrams per liter.
Mixing is done externally to the device, by adding coagulant into the suction pipe of the water pump and using the water pump to achieve mixing.
The mixed raw water is sent to a water purifier for purification. The water purifier is equipped with: 1 reaction, precipitation, and filtration zones; 2. Sludge concentration zone, which is equipped with a forced water outlet pipe with a water output of 20% of the rated water volume of the entire equipment. The purpose of this zone is to increase the sludge concentration, extend the sludge discharge cycle, and save the amount of sludge water used to achieve energy conservation; 3. Rinse the water tank for automatic backwashing of the filter tank.
3、 Main technical performance
1. Raw water turbidity: ≤ 3000 mg/L (can reach 6000 mg/L in a short period of time)
2. Turbidity of effluent:<5 milligrams per liter
3. Import pressure:>0.06MPa
Explanation: 1. Dimensions: Elevations are measured in meters, while others are measured in millimeters.
When the water source is close to the water plant, the water intake pump room can be merged with the water supply pump room using the process shown in the figure on the right. When the water source is far from the water plant, separate water intake and purification facilities will be built, and the layout of the process will depend on the specific local situation.
3. Use a suction pipe in front of the pump to add medication, using basic aluminum chloride as the agent, and bleach powder or liquid chlorine for disinfection, which should be added at the top of the clean water tank.
4. The equipment foundation of essence device can be built with plain concrete, and the foundation treatment is firm. The foundation is 100mm above the ground. The water seal groove is made of bricks, and the groove top is 200mm higher than the weir mouth. The size is determined by the designer.
5. When the mud and sand discharge pipes are blocked, the D7 water supply pipe can be regularly backwashed.

4、 Equipment operation:
1. Before starting the equipment, open the inlet valve and forced outlet valve, and close all other valves. After the water pump is started, adjust the inlet valve, use a small amount of water (generally 1/2~1/3 of the design flow), and increase the dosage (1.5~2 times of the normal dosage). When the water level rises to the top of the sludge diversion pipe, close the forced outlet valve. From the water distribution tank, when the turbidity is reduced to around 20 degrees and the suspended layer is observed to be stable from outside the sight glass, gradually increase the inlet valve and open the forced outlet valve. At this time, the dosage of coagulant also decreases to the normal dosage.
2. After the sedimentation effluent is qualified (generally controlled at 20-30 milligrams per liter). Open the inlet valve of the filter tank, control the slow inflow of water into the filter tank, and infiltrate the filter material from top to bottom. After the flushing water tank is filled, open the backwash valve. When backwashing the filter, pay attention to controlling the flushing intensity first, and only after washing away impurities and unsuitable filter materials can the equipment be put into normal use.
3. The water inflow during operation should not change too much, and the maximum water flow should not exceed 1.2 times the design rated flow rate.
4. The forced effluent ratio of the sedimentation tank is 5:1 (flow measurement can be done using the triangular weir in the distribution tank).
5. When the water level in the filter tank (observed on the water level gauge) is 1.5 meters higher than the water level in the filter tank, backwashing of the filter tank can be carried out.
5、 Equipment measurement
1. Water quality measurement: Regularly measure the turbidity of raw water, sediment water, and filtered water.
2. Depending on local conditions, the health and epidemic prevention department shall conduct comprehensive analysis and inspection of the raw water and effluent quality on a regular basis.
3. Regularly measure the sludge concentration in the reaction chamber and concentration chamber.
