3、 Working conditions
The air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃ and shall not be lower than -5 ℃. The average temperature of the air over 24 hours shall not exceed 35 ℃.

The start of fire protection and sprinkler pumps can be manually initiated by the chassis panel, the fire hydrant button, the pressure gauge switch, and the DC24V start of the fire protection center. 4、 Instructions for use:
1. When installing wiring, it is necessary to strictly follow the letter symbol to indicate the corresponding connection of the wiring terminal diagram. After completing the connection, carefully check whether the wiring is correct, and then verify whether the actual capacity of the controlled motor matches the capacity controlled by the product. If it does not match, refer to the data listed in each parameter table and reset the current, current action value of the time conversion device, protection delay setting value, and thermal relay setting value.
2. Manual operation: When the power is turned on, the power indicator light will turn on. Set the function switch to the manual position, turn on the control switches of each pump (corresponding to each group of water pumps), and set the water pump operation selection switch to the desired position (i.e. select the main pump and backup pump). Press the start button, and the motor will start. The start indicator light will turn on. When the starting current drops to 1. When the rated current is 5 times, the motor automatically switches to full voltage operation and the working indicator light is on. Press the stop button, the motor stops working, and the stop indicator light comes on. If the current conversion multiple is found to be inaccurate during startup, it should be adjusted on site according to the actual situation. If some control circuits use time relays for conversion, the ammeter should be observed when the motor starts and the current drops to 1. The time required for 5 times the current, reset the time setting value of the time relay.
3. Automatic operation: Close the automatic air switch, select the main pump and backup pump, set the function switch to the automatic position, turn on the switches of each sub pump, and the water pump controller will automatically start the main pump or put the backup pump into operation or stop the water pump operation based on the liquid level and the change in the position of the float switch.
4. Fault: When the water pump malfunctions, such as motor overload, phase loss, overheating, and pump body leakage, this product automatically cuts off the power supply to the motor, terminates the motor operation, and provides corresponding instructions for various faults. If a mutual backup controller is used, the backup pump will automatically start working after any group of main pumps fails.
5. During the start-up process of the electric motor, the operator must monitor whether the controller has entered the operating state after the start-up is completed, in order to avoid damage to the autotransformer and electric motor caused by prolonged start-up time. For infrequently used water pump controllers, such as controlling fire protection, sprinkler pumps, and other types of water pumps, regular operation and inspection should be carried out.
6. The autotransformer of the autotransformer starting cabinet allows for two consecutive starts from a cold state, with each start lasting 15 seconds and an interval of 20 seconds. The time for autotransformer starting can be adjusted through a time relay based on the power of the motor. The adjustable delay time range is 15-120S
5、 Inspection before installation and operation
1. Before installation, the installation device should be embedded on the wall according to the external dimensions of the cabinet and refer to the installation instructions to install the embedded parts for the control box. The anchor channel steel for fixing the cabinet should be embedded on the concrete floor.
2. According to the design drawings, external wiring must be carried out, and after installation, dust and foreign objects inside the cabinet must be removed.
3. Perform the following checks before commissioning:
Check whether the primary and secondary wiring of the control cabinet is correct and error free, and whether the component specifications meet the requirements.
Check whether the air switch, contactor, thermal relay and other missing parts work flexibly and whether there is any jamming phenomenon.
Check for any foreign objects or loose screws inside the cabinet.
Conduct necessary electrical tests such as measuring insulation resistance according to the previous regulations.

6、 Common problems:
1. Reverse rotation of electric motor
Phenomenon: The head of the water pump cannot reach the rated head, or the water output is too small, and the motor current is lower than the rated current.
Solution: Swap the wiring positions of any two motor coils connected to the root phase line in the control cabinet (i.e. swap the phase sequence).
2. The main circuit has power, while the secondary circuit has no power
Phenomenon: When the power supply is turned on, the power indicator light on the cabinet does not light up, and the control inside the cabinet fails
Solution: There is a secondary short circuit protection function inside the cabinet, which is protected by a small single pole switch. If the switch is not closed, the secondary circuit is equivalent to no power supply.
The control circuit of the cabinet is divided into 380V and 220V types, usually 220V type. Check whether the neutral wire is connected and firmly connected.
3. The water level controlled in water supply and drainage is too deep, and the water level controlled by a floating ball is not accurate
Phenomenon: The cabinet and float have been installed, but before reaching the set water level, the control cabinet automatically starts or stops.
Solution: If it is controlled by a floating ball, it may be inaccurate due to a large difference in water level. In this case, two floating balls should be used for control, one high and one low.
4. Reverse liquid level control
Phenomenon: When supplying water (draining), if the water tank is already full (no water), the control cabinet will start working, while if there is no water (the collection tank is full), the control cabinet will stop and the usage situation is opposite.
Solution: Refer to the instructions for the float switch, which states that the water supply should be normally closed and the drainage should be normally open. Reconnect the float wire.
5. Star delta pressure reducing starter motor wire connection error
Phenomenon: The motor starts normally, but suddenly stops or the air switch is disconnected when it rotates to operation.
Solution: When the motor stops running, check the wiring of the motor terminals according to the wiring diagram to see if they match the circuit diagram. After verification, readjust the wiring.
When turning to operation, disconnect the air switch and check if all the connecting copper pieces on the motor terminal are removed or if there is any peeling in the middle of the connecting cable.
6. Insufficient starting torque for self coupling decompression
Phenomenon: During the start-up of the self coupling pressure reducing starter box, the motor's starting torque is insufficient and it cannot rotate.
Solution: Check for any phase loss phenomenon.
For heavy load starting, switch the 65% tap of the autotransformer to the 80% tap. The standard is 65%.
7. Direct starting cabinet with one in use and one as backup below 15KW, unable to switch faults
Phenomenon: When testing for fault switching, removing any wire from the main control AC contactor coil of the main pump does not automatically switch to the standby pump.
Solution: The fault signal of the one in use and one backup control cabinet below 15KW uses the normally open contact of the thermal sensing of the thermal relay as the fault signal. During the fault switching of the fixed test, the missing "97" and "98" of the thermal relay will cause one person to perform the fault test.
