Introduction to Mobile Air Purifier:
1. Hang the self-cleaning device on the ceiling of the room with hanging bars. The self-cleaning device sucks in the air from the upper part of the ceiling and filters it through primary and high efficiency before sending it into the room. The room can achieve the required clean environment, but it is required that the walls, ceiling, and floor around the room are well sealed and do not produce dust. Ensure that the requirements for air purification environment in small rooms are met.

Precautions for using air purifiers:
1. The installation location of air purifier equipment should be far away from distant high-speed sources and seismic sources. It should be installed in various levels of purification plants or air conditioning plants, and can be installed horizontally or vertically as needed. During installation, a 5mm thick latex sponge sealing gasket frame should be placed on the installation surface to ensure airtightness.
2. The size of the installation hole for the air purifier is determined based on the external dimensions of the purifier.
3. If a pressure regulator is used in the air purifier equipment, the voltage of the regulator can be adjusted without changing the average wind speed of the air outlet surface, thus using the self-cleaning device most economically and improving the service life of the high-efficiency filter.
4. To ensure the cleanliness of the purification area, the machine should be turned on 15 minutes before each use.
5. The clean air blowing surface should face the work area that needs to be purified, and large areas of objects should be avoided from blocking during this period. Efforts should be made to avoid actions that significantly disrupt laminar flow in the purification area.
6. According to the cleanliness level of the environment, the non-woven filter material in the top pre filter should be removed and cleaned regularly, with an interval of 3-6 months. In general, when the non-woven filter material in the pre filter turns black, it can be removed for cleaning or replaced.
7. Regularly (usually twice a month) use the Y9-4 dust particle counter to measure the cleanliness of the room or workspace where this equipment is installed. If it does not meet the technical specifications, the high-efficiency filter should be replaced. The service life of the high-efficiency filter is 9600 hours
8. When replacing the high-efficiency filter, the front pressure frame of the purifier must be removed, and the high-efficiency filter should be taken out. When replacing the high-efficiency filter with a new one, the arrow on the high-efficiency filter should point in the direction of gas flow.
9. After replacing the high-efficiency filter, the dust particle counter should be scanned to detect leaks, paying special attention to whether the surrounding borders are in good condition.
10. Electrical faults require professional maintenance.
11. The operating temperature of air purifier equipment shall not exceed 50 ℃, and the use of open flames is strictly prohibited.
