Product details
Process principle:
SNCR denitrification technology refers to selective non catalytic reduction
Reduction, The SNCR technology, abbreviated as SNCR, is a clean denitrification technology that uses no catalyst and sprays amino containing reducing agents (such as ammonia water, urea solution, etc.) into a furnace at a temperature range of 850-1100 ℃ to reduce and remove NOx from flue gas, generating nitrogen and water.
When using ammonia water as a reducing agent in a suitable temperature range, the reaction equation is:
4NH3 + 4NO + O2 →4 N2 + 6H2O (1)
However, when the temperature is too high, the following side reactions can also occur:
4NH3 + 5O2 →4 NO + 6H2O(2)
