      The submersible centrifugal aerator consists of a submersible motor, an intake pipe, a mixing chamber, and an aeration disc.

      The submersible centrifugal aerator can operate normally within the specified range without cavitation, with a running noise of less than 70 decibels and smooth operation. The motor has sufficient rated power.

      All pressure bearing parts of the submersible centrifugal aerator shall undergo a pressure test, with a test pressure of twice its design pressure but not less than 0.2Mpa, for a period of 5 minutes without any leakage.

      After assembly, the submersible centrifugal aerator underwent a 0.2Mpa air pressure test for 5 minutes without any leakage.

    The submersible centrifugal aerator moves through the impeller, which can drive bubbles when rotating. The high-speed rotation of the impeller around the jet injector causes the air pressure to be in a negative state. This effect causes a portion of the air to be drawn into the jet generator, and the motor and impeller are on the same axis, so the operation of the impeller and the transmission of the motor are relatively synchronized.

    During the high-speed process, the jet has a high angular velocity due to the dispersing effect of high-speed rotation. The jet has strong penetration power, and the tiny bubbles travel far on the water, enhancing stirring, clogging, and aerobic capacity.
