The new deepwater self-priming submersible jet aerator has a compact structure, simple operation and maintenance, and convenient and fast installation. Without the need for compressed air, the submersible aeration depth can reach10m, The bubbles are finer, which increases the contact area between the air and the aeration medium, effectively improving the oxygen transfer rate.     The high-speed rotating mixture of air, water, and sludge (i.e. activated sludge) has strong penetration power, which increases the efficiency of oxygen transfer in water and achieves good stirring effect, ensuring uniform mixing of activated sludge and maintaining it in a suspended state. At the same time, due to the strong mixing and pushing effect, the volume utilization rate of the aeration tank has been improved.

    The equipment does not require the fan room and complex air pipeline system in the air blowing aeration method. Both the jet and diffuser are made of corrosion-resistant high-density polyethylene engineering plastic, and the submersible pump adopts mechanical seals for reliable operation.

    Low maintenance volume

    Due to the fact that the jet generator and diffuser are stationary equipment that do not require operation and maintenance, the submersible pump is selected from a professional manufacturer and its quality is easy to ensure. Therefore, this equipment does not require frequent maintenance, and the submersible pump is generally maintained once a year.


    Usage method of jet aerator

    1. Before installation:
    1) It is necessary to carefully read the instruction manual to avoid damaging the machine due to improper use. Carefully check whether the selection of the submersible aerator is correct and whether the actual usage conditions are consistent with the specified usage conditions.
    2) Clean the water tank or waterway to prevent debris from entering the aeration port.
    3) An electrician should use a 0-500V megohmmeter to check that the insulation resistance of the three core wire of the motor main cable to ground is not less than 5 megohms. It is strictly prohibited to use a megohmmeter to check the control cable to avoid damaging the electrical components inside the aerator. Instead, a multimeter should be used to check the control cable.
    4) The voltage must be checked within the range of ± 5% of the rated voltage indicated on the nameplate. If the power supply is far away from the use of the submersible aerator, considering line loss, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be increased, the number of joints should be minimized, and the joints should be sealed to prevent water leakage; In addition, considering the convenience of maintenance and repair, it is recommended to set up a terminal box next to the machine.
    5) The submersible aerator is equipped with a dedicated control cabinet. Before use, carefully read its instructions and check whether the equipment wiring is correct, whether the starting device is flexible, whether the contact is good, whether the metal shell of the starting equipment is reliably grounded, check whether all wiring is loose, and tighten it again.
    6) The power cables, grounding wires, and control cables on the submersible aerator should be connected to the wiring heads of the control cabinet (box) one by one, as shown in Figure 1.
    7) The grounding wire of the submersible aerator is a two-color wire (yellow/green). To ensure safety, it must be securely connected and 50mm longer than other wires.
    8) Check the rotation direction of the impeller
    The submersible aerator using Nanjing Jiangsu Du'an Environmental Protection three-phase power supply should be checked for rotation direction after initial start-up or each reinstallation. Incorrect rotation direction can reduce efficiency and damage the submersible aerator. The inspection method is: before the final installation of the submersible aerator, it should be lifted high and started briefly. Look up at the suction port of the submersible aerator from the bottom and rotate the impeller counterclockwise. If the rotation direction is incorrect, the position of any two three-phase wires on the control cabinet or terminal box can be exchanged to change the rotation direction. If several submersible aerators are connected to a control cabinet or terminal box, each submersible aerator must be inspected separately.

    Installation and selection of jet aerator

    When our company is required to assist in selection, users should provide relevant data such as pool type, medium characteristics, required air intake, and diving depth, so that our company can design and provide high-quality equipment to better meet the needs of users. The installation forms of QSB type deepwater self-priming submersible jet aerator include two types: self coupling and mobile.

    Self coupling installation is to fix the aeration device and a dedicated base at the bottom of the water tank, install supporting blocks on the top of the tank, and connect the two with guide rails. After the submersible pump is connected to a specific bracket, it slides down along the guide rail to the outlet position of the base. Through the self weight of the pump, it automatically couples and seals.

    Self coupling installation can lift and install electric pumps without the need for installation or maintenance personnel to enter the water pit. The mobile installation method is to install the deep water self-priming submersible jet aerator at the bottom of the pool, relying on self weight positioning, and has the characteristics of adjustable installation position, flexibility, and low cost.
