Product Structure:
1. High strength host: The product adopts a dual space door structure, with the upper space stretched and the lower space compressed. The host part consists of four guide columns, an upper crossbeam, a middle crossbeam, and a workbench, forming a floor standing frame. The speed control system is installed at the lower part of the workbench. The AC servo motor with high speed regulation accuracy, wide range, and stable performance drives the ball screw pair to rotate through a synchronous toothed belt reduction system. The ball screw pair drives the middle crossbeam and drives the test fixture to move up and down, achieving loading and unloading of the sample. This structure ensures that the rack has sufficient rigidity while achieving efficient and smooth transmission.

2. Structural principle: Adopting circular arc synchronous belt pulley deceleration and zero clearance ball screw pair transmission, the transmission has no clearance, ensuring the control of test force and deformation speed. The motor drives the screw to rotate after being decelerated by a three-stage synchronous pulley, thereby driving the moving crossbeam to perform linear motion at a selected speed to achieve various experimental functions
3. Host frame: The surface is treated with passivation, primer, topcoat and other processes.
4. Ball screw pair: Ball screw pair is used to ensure seamless transmission and control accuracy. The double set ball screw is installed on both sides of the frame, with the upper end connected to the upper crossbeam bearing, the ball nut fixedly connected to the middle movable crossbeam, and the lower end connected to the lower end of the frame table with wheels. The rotation of the wheels drives the ball screw to rotate, causing tension or pressure to rise and fall on the middle crossbeam. The use of the central crossbeam for rapid lifting can also adjust the testing space.
4. Transmission System: Installed at the bottom of the workbench, it consists of a synchronous toothed belt and synchronous toothed belt pulley. This transmission system can effectively eliminate clearances and slip phenomena during the transmission process, ensuring control performance. The system adopts a two-stage deceleration, consisting of two synchronous toothed belts and five synchronous belt pulleys. This machine does not use a reducer and adopts a direct reduction method with a transmission system. The advantages of this reduction method are twofold: low noise and maintenance free.
5. Host crossbeam: divided into upper crossbeam and middle crossbeam, made of medium thickness carbon steel plate. The upper crossbeam is a fixed crossbeam installed at the upper end of the host. The middle crossbeam is a movable crossbeam connected to ball screws through ball nuts. The middle crossbeam is also a key component for loading. Sensors are installed at the lower end of the middle crossbeam, and one end of various test attachments is also suspended above the middle crossbeam. The lifting and lowering of the middle crossbeam can generate tension and pressure.
6. Chuck body: The test fixture is designed according to standards such as steel pipe scaffold fasteners, bowl mouth fasteners, and plate buckle steel pipe fasteners to meet the test requirements.
Software and software operation interface:
(1) The software can present a Chinese window system with a user interface consistent with the Windows style on Windows 98/2000/XP. All experimental operations can be completed through mouse input on the computer screen.

(3) Multiple control modes can be selected for automatic program control.
(4) Automatic programmable intelligent system. The automatic process can have up to 50 steps.
(5) The software has a hierarchical management permission setting function, which further ensures the safe use of the software.
