The specific gravity of oil is generally smaller than that of water, and the principle of physical oil separation uses the difference in specific gravity to make the oil float. Generally, separation equipment uses water flow direction downwards and oil direction upwards to achieve oil-water separation. However, due to the opposite direction of water flow to the upward direction of oil (opposite flow), smaller particles of oil cannot float up, greatly affecting the oil separation efficiency.

Processing principle
During the upward flow of oil and water in the inclined plate, the difference in specific gravity between oil and water is utilized. The oil floats on the surface of the water, while the water is below. Through a series of water collection devices, the water is discharged outside the equipment, and the oil floats above the equipment. The oil flows into the concentration tank through the oil collection pipe, and is discharged after concentration, thus achieving the purpose of oil-water separation.
