Product Introduction
SZL full water pipe double drum horizontal steam boiler is a double drum vertical chain grate steam boiler The boiler body consists of vertically arranged upper and lower drums and convection tube bundles. Light tube water-cooled wall tubes are installed on the left and right sides of the combustion chamber. The upper drum is equipped with a steam water separation device and a surface drainage device, while the lower drum is equipped with a regular drainage device. An economizer is arranged at the tail of the boiler. The combustion part of the boiler adopts a lightweight chain grate for mechanical coal feeding, equipped with a blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with a spiral slag extractor for automatic slag removal. The fuel falls from the coal hopper onto the grate and enters the furnace for combustion. After entering the furnace, the flame refracts upward through the rear arch and passes through the combustion chamber of the body to the convection tube bundle. After passing through the rear flue gas outlet, it enters the economizer, dust collector, and then is drawn by the induced draft fan through the flue to the chimney exhaust. Towards the atmosphere.
Performance advantages
1. This boiler is divided into two major components before leaving the factory. The upper component includes the boiler body, steel frame, and upper furnace wall, while the lower component includes the coal hopper, chain grate, base steel frame, and lower furnace wall. Except for the middle partition wall, which is built on site, all other components are assembled before leaving the factory, The cast iron economizer and air duct at the tail of the boiler are shipped together with the furnace.
2. The combustion section adopts a lightweight chain grate with double-sided air intake There are six independent air chambers under the grate, and air adjustment mechanisms are installed on both sides of the chambers. Air is blown into the lower part of the base by a blower and enters the two side air ducts, where it enters the independent air chambers through the adjustment mechanisms.
3. The upper furnace wall is assembled by the factory, and the lower furnace wall and front and rear arches are composed of refractory clay bricks, silicate fibers, and insulation materials The fuel enters the furnace for combustion through the coal gate from the self adding coal hopper, and the burnt coal slag falls into the slag hopper and is discharged by the spiral slag extractor under the operation of the grate.
4. The boiler is equipped with an electric control console, which is equipped with a boiler thermal parameter display instrument, drum and induced draft fan opening indicators, and remote control buttons for electric actuators. The boiler feedwater adopts an automatic feedwater device and is equipped with an over temperature alarm device.
5. The suitable type of coal for combustion is Class II bituminous coal with a low calorific value ≥ 17750J/Kg, volatile matter>38.5%, and ash content ≤ 32.4%.
