1、 Product Introduction
The SZG series center drive scraper is a suspended sludge removal equipment suitable for removing sludge from circular primary sedimentation tanks, secondary sedimentation tanks, and concentration tanks in water treatment projects.
2、 Construction characteristics
The sedimentation tank is made of concrete or steel structure, and the bottom of the tank is slightly conical. The center of the tank bottom is connected to a sludge discharge pipe outside the sludge hopper. The working bridge is made of concrete or steel structure, and this equipment does not include the pool body and working bridge. Users can solve the problem themselves. Our factory can design and manufacture steel structure pool bodies and working bridges on behalf of customers.
The scraper consists of a rake frame, a vertical shaft drive device, and a torque safety device.
The rake frame consists of two large rakes and two small rakes forming a cross shape, parallel to the slightly conical pool bottom. The rake frame is fixedly connected to the vertical shaft with a crosshead, and the bearings on the vertical shaft are a combination of radial and thrust bearings, lubricated with lubricating grease. Underwater sliding bearings are composed of nylon bushings and lubricated with pressurized water.
The lower end of the vertical shaft extends into the mud hopper, and the lower end of the shaft is fastened with a scraper to scrape the accumulated mud in the mud hopper, so as to evenly discharge it.
The driving device is a three-stage vertical cycloidal pinwheel reducer, connected to the vertical shaft with a toothed coupling. The reducer is fixed on the machine base of the working bridge. The over torque safety device is a safety shear pin assembled in a chip embedded coupling. When encountering excessive torque during operation, the shear pin is cut off to protect the entire mechanical equipment from damage.

4、 Installation and operation requirements
The plane on the rack must be leveled with a tolerance of 0.50 ‰. The output shaft of the reducer is connected to the vertical shaft with a toothed coupling, and there are three pin holes in the coupling. Each pin hole has a shear safety pin, which serves as a torque cut-off for over twisting and protects the entire machine.
The bottom edge of the scraper rake teeth should be kept 50mm away from the bottom of the pool with a tolerance of ± 100mm
At the lower end of the vertical shaft, above the sludge hopper, install sliding bearings, nylon bushings, and lubricate with compressed water. Dg15 lubrication water pipe must be installed, led from outside the pool to the bottom of the pool, buried at the bottom of the pool, and the outer surface of the water pipe cannot be higher than the bottom surface of the pool. It should extend outside the sludge hopper and be connected to the pipe joint of the sliding bearing. Introduce constant pressure clean water to ensure good lubrication before trial operation. During normal operation, it is also necessary to connect the pressure water before driving to maintain good lubrication of the underwater bearings.
The radial bearing and thrust bearing components at the upper end of the vertical shaft are lubricated with grease and require good lubrication.
During the test drive, the entire machine should run without load for at least 2 hours, with a requirement for smooth operation and noise levels below 80dB. Test run with load for no less than 24 hours.
