1、 Product Introduction
Stainless steel insulated water tank refers to using insulation material as the core layer, stainless steel water tank body as the inner layer, and ordinary stainless steel plate as the outer protective layer. A stainless steel insulated water tank assembled with inner and outer stainless steel layers and insulation material layers. It is a universal storage device for open systems of domestic hot water. It has a series of characteristics such as non rusting, clean and hygienic, easy assembly, and good insulation. The water tank body is made of food grade stainless steel material, which is molded into different specifications of single panels (specifications: 1m × 1m, 1m × 0.75m, 1m × 0.5m) (our company's stamped panel ball crown depth is 80mm). The internal structure of the water tank is reinforced with a stainless steel skeleton reinforcement structure to enhance its pressure bearing capacity, accompanied by various stainless steel accessories. The chassis is made of galvanized channel steel, and is assembled and welded on site using argon arc welding technology to form a complete water tank. It is widely used in domestic hot water system engineering such as solar energy, air energy, and hot water boilers for domestic hot water storage equipment. Also known as an open type insulated hot water tank, it is used in non pressurized operating systems.

Stainless steel insulated water tank insulation material:
Insulation material: Polyurethane foam board (50mm thick) or rubber sheet (30mm thick)
The inner layer of the equipment body is made of SUS444 or SUS316L food grade stainless steel plate
The outer protective layer is made of SUS201 stainless steel plate or color steel plate
3、 Thermal insulation principle
The insulated water tank is made of stainless steel plate or color steel plate as the outer protective layer, and polyurethane foam board or rubber sheet as the insulation material layer, which is assembled to achieve good insulation effect.
4、 Applicable occasions:
Mainly applicable to open type domestic hot water systems in civil and public construction, as well as domestic hot water storage equipment used in solar energy, air energy, hot water boilers and other domestic hot water system projects.

1. No rust
Choose food grade stainless steel plates that are corrosion-resistant and aging resistant. No algae growth inside, easy to discharge, beautiful appearance, ensuring clean water quality. The bottom support is entirely made of galvanized channel steel.
2. No leakage
The structural design is combined with full welding combination, and argon arc welding and tungsten plate melting welding are used between the plates, which has high strength. Unlike the screw structure, it eliminates the need for a sealing rubber gasket in the middle, which prevents secondary pollution, water leakage, and poor sealing.
