A 3D motion mixer is composed of a machine base, an adjusting motor, a shaft, a rotary connecting rod, and a cylinder. The mixing bucket is suspended at the ends of the main and driven shafts through two Y-shaped universal joints, which intersect and are perpendicular to each other in space. When the active shaft is dragged to rotate, the universal joint causes the material bucket to perform compound movements such as translation, rotation, and rolling in space repeatedly. The material undergoes three-dimensional composite movements in the axial, radial, and circumferential directions inside the cylinder. The various materials inside the cylinder flow, diffuse, and mix with each other, and finally form a uniform state, achieving the goal of high uniformity mixing.
