The STP series sterile transfer chamber uses vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHPS) 102/202 as a biological cleaning agent, which belongs to the low-temperature and atmospheric pressure cleaning process, efficient and environmentally friendly.
1. The inlet and outlet doors are made of stainless steel frames and tempered glass with good transparency, and are sealed with an air seal for good visibility;
During the biological decontamination and exhaust stage, the air sent into the cabin is filtered through an H14 HEPA filter to prevent material contamination;
3. The feeding and discharging are double door structures with pneumatic sealing, pneumatic locking, and double door interlocking functions in working state;
4. The system has real-time monitoring functions for temperature, humidity, and pressure inside the cabin. The sterile transfer cabin has complete IQ, OQ, and PQ files and can provide on-site verification.
