SPP chemical mixed flow pump is a horizontal centrifugal pump suitable for forced circulation in chemical processes, seawater aquaculture, urban gas engineering, and water treatment systems. SPP pumps can economically and effectively transport high flow, low head, pure or containing certain particles, chemically neutral or corrosive liquids (strong corrosive liquids need to be specified). SPP chemical pumps have high performance and low energy consumption. The energy consumption of the pump is average throughout the entire functional range, and it can be started under closed valves. The motor is not overloaded, the overcurrent section is large, it is not easy to block, the structure is tight, and the service life is long. It is an ideal equipment for civilized and advanced factories.

SPP mixed flow pump structure
The chemical mixed flow pump is a horizontal pull-out structure.
The pump shaft is equipped with a protective sleeve, and the bearings are lubricated with thin oil. The berth in the bearing box can be controlled by a "constant position" oil cup.
When inspecting or disassembling the impeller and shaft seal, there is no need to dismantle the pipeline connected to the pump body. The pump body is cast with support feet that can withstand any load from the pipeline and directly transmit it to the foundation. Therefore, the rotor will not bend due to the load borne by the pump, ensuring that the bearing has the best service life.
The pump is also equipped with a complete exhaust device for the suction pipeline to exhaust.
The shaft seal adopts packing seal or double end mechanical seal.
The bearings are imported SKF bearings.
When viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise.
