The sensor has a sealed and sturdy polypropylene shell, which can adapt to long-term deployment in porous media, even in acidic environments such as tailings.

There is a small cavity in its own structure for gas diffusion equilibrium and measurement. Therefore, it can be buried inside soil, tailings, etc.

The sensor is equipped with a thermistor inside to monitor temperature, which is used for temperature effect signal correction.

Equipped with a resistance heater, it effectively prevents condensation on the Teflon film and blocks the diffusion path of the sensor.

The combination of SO-411 with ZENTRA recorder and software makes calibration as easy as pressing a button.

The working temperature can be as low as -20 ℃, and it can also be placed in lower temperature environments.
