Brief introduction
The SLY screw press is suitable for compression dewatering of grid slag. During operation, there is no blockage and the daily maintenance workload is minimal. The spiral blades of the press push the material to the discharge pipe for compression, and the height of the discharge port can be determined according to user needs. There are filter holes and collection tanks inside the body, and the squeezed water can be discharged through pipelines. There are flushing systems installed in the feeding area, pressing area, and effluent area to prevent the discharged garbage and debris from polluting the environment again. Usually used in conjunction with equipment such as grilles and conveyors, implementing linkage control.
The SLY spiral press is widely used in the water treatment industry, mainly for the compression treatment of grid slag and debris in grid solid-liquid separators.

2、 Working principle
The waste enters the press tube through the feed inlet, and is compressed and dehydrated by the press screw and material extrusion tube before being transported to the discharge outlet. The squeezed sewage is discharged into the inlet channel through the drainage outlet;
The SLY screw press is composed of a press tube, a press screw, a material press tube, a feed hopper, a collection tank, a water outlet, and a drive reducer.
