The device adopts a stable and reliable variable frequency speed regulation system, which is more convenient to operate, and the display of various data is more accurate and intuitive. The spiral part adopts a specially designed screw structure with two co rotating screws, double ended circular arc grooves, and kneading blocks. It has the characteristics of self-cleaning function, high push efficiency, and good shear homogenization effect. This equipment has high output, reasonable design, high degree of automation, easy operation, small footprint, energy saving, and low processing loss. It can be deeply redeveloped and applied to grains. (1) Feeding device:
As shown in Figure I, the material is placed in the automatic feeding hopper and is forcefully conveyed by a forced feeding device before entering the barrel, ensuring even feeding!

(2) Squeezing and puffing machine:
The machine consists of six parts: extrusion system, lubrication system, transmission system, heating system, and cooling system.
The main components of a twin-screw extrusion system are the screw and the screw sleeve. Both screws are double headed right-handed, meshing with each other and rotating in the same direction. During the working process, the materials adhered to the screw are scraped and pushed forward, with screw pitches of 70mm, 48mm, 36mm, 32mm, 28mm, 22mm, 18mm, and 8 shear sections and kneading blocks combined. The bottom diameter of all threads is arc-shaped with a depth of 12mm, which increases the contact area of the material with the barrel, facilitates the absorption of external heating, and is conducive to the maturation of the material; On the other hand, through the specially designed 8 shear segments, the material can be fully subjected to shear forces, increasing internal energy and completing material organization. The screw sleeve is connected to the core shaft using involute splines, forming a concentric screw as a whole. This connection method has good interchangeability, easy assembly and disassembly, and is easy to replace.
The lubrication system consists of a gear pump and an oil circuit, and is equipped with a dedicated oil cooling and filtering device to forcibly lubricate and cool the rotating parts of the gearbox.
The main driving force in the transmission system is a specially customized parallel axis helical gearbox, directly connected to a 90KW motor. The power enters the gearbox and is decomposed into two output shafts that rotate in the same direction. The speed control system of this machine adopts variable frequency speed control technology, which is reliable in adjustment, has a large adjustment range, and runs smoothly. The gear shaft inside the box adopts the most advanced series thrust cylindrical roller bearing group to support and ensure the stability of the equipment.
The heating system and barrel cooling system complement each other (matched with the water tower). This main unit consists of six barrel sections, including one discharge section barrel and the remaining five heating barrel sections. The barrel is equipped with a built-in water tank to cool the barrel, and there are two sets of stainless steel heating rods in each area outside to control heating. Each heating rod has a power of 1KW, with four rods in each group, and the overall heating power is 36KW. Each heating area is equipped with a cooling system, and the temperature in each area can be automatically adjusted according to the set value.

The main machine consists of 8 parts: automatic feeding device, rotary cutting device, extrusion chamber, distribution box, driving device, lubrication device, oil cooling device, control cabinet. Firstly, the raw materials are mixed and transported to the extrusion chamber through the main machine's automatic feeding device. The extrusion device is equipped with heating and cooling devices to control the constant temperature required for the raw materials. The screw in the extrusion device is controlled by a powerful driving device and a reliable distribution box to ensure the stability of the equipment. The distribution box is a key part of the equipment, and it is forcibly lubricated by a lubrication device and an oil cooling device to ensure operation! The raw materials are mixed, kneaded, and extruded into semi-finished products through specific molds under high temperature and high pressure in the extrusion chamber, and finally cut into qualified products by a rotary cutting device.

In addition to the 8 parts shown in Figure I, the SLG72-A host also requires a cooling water tower and a quantitative water injection machine to ensure the normal operation of the host.
