Main purpose:
Used for punching, drilling, and typing connection plates in the iron tower industry, and also suitable for punching, drilling, and typing metal sheets in other industries.
Product Features:
The body is made of C-shaped steel plate welded structure, with good rigidity and large operating space. This machine has three module positions (one of which is a typing station), and the module position switching is automatic. The clamping system is suitable for workpieces of different thicknesses, equipped with a reference zero stop block, and supported by a rolling ball worktable. The operation of the X-axis and Y-axis is driven by servo motors and ball screws, and the punching position is controlled by a dual axis CNC system. The entire machining process is automatic, and the operator inputs the workpiece size into the computer, which can be repeatedly called up in the future.
Adopting CNC technology, servo motor feeding, high efficiency, and stable working accuracy.
The main functional components are assembled modularly for easy maintenance.
Punching, printing, and drilling can be achieved on the same panel.
The drilling unit has the functions of fast forward, slow forward, and fast return of empty stroke, which improves work efficiency.
Easy programming, you can input the aperture, position, number of workpieces, use programs generated by layout software, or directly convert using CAD/CAM.

The hydraulic station is equipped with dual pumps and single motors, using water cooling and a full card sleeve type. The entire hydraulic system is also connected in a card sleeve type, and the rubber hoses and joints are imported from Germany.
Both X and Y axes are rotated using servo motors, ball screws, and linear guides.
The workbench is accompanied by stainless steel plates, which are more beautiful and practical.
