Main purpose:

Used for drilling tube plates, baffles, and flanges in industries such as petrochemicals, boilers, refrigeration, and wind power flanges. It can also be used for drilling connecting plates in steel structures such as buildings, bridges, and iron towers.

The drilling machine can be equipped with either a regular drill or a (H) high-speed power head.

Two high load-bearing linear rolling guide pairs are installed on each side of the bed, and the longitudinal movement of the gantry is synchronously driven by AC servo motors and precision large pitch ball screw pairs on both sides.

The gantry crossbeam is equipped with two movable sliding plates, which are guided by two linear rolling guide pairs and driven by AC servo motors and precision large pitch rolling bead screw pairs.

The sliding plate on the crossbeam is equipped with a vertical CNC feed slider type drilling head. The drilling head adopts a strong overload type dedicated spindle variable frequency motor, which drives the spindle through a synchronous belt. The drilling spindle adopts a Taiwan precision spindle (internally cooled), with a disc spring automatic pulling mechanism, a hydraulic cylinder loosening tool, and easy replacement of the tool holder.

This machine tool is equipped with a hydraulic system to achieve vertical ram type hydraulic balance and spindle hydraulic loosening.

The CNC system adopts the Spanish FAGOR8055 system and is equipped with RS232 interface and LCD display screen. The provided automatic programming not only has the ability to automatically generate machining programs, but also has functions such as pre drilling hole position rehearsal.

Equipped with a flat chain automatic chip conveyor and chip collection vehicle cooling system, along with a paper filter, high-pressure internal cooling pump, and low-pressure external cooling pump, it can be used for internal or external cooling of cutting tools.
