1. Product Introduction:
The parallel twin-screw barrel and screw adopt a "building block" structure, with fully engaged screws and strong self-cleaning properties. It can be combined and arranged according to the process requirements of users for various materials, with interchangeability, wide adaptability, and good mixing, plasticizing, and exhaust effects. The barrel material can be selected as 38CrMoALA and treated with nitriding according to the processing material; Alternatively, alloy liners with good wear resistance can be used. The barrel adopts cast aluminum heater and water cooling. Adopting DC motor, thyristor speed controller or British Continental 590 speed controller; Or AC motor frequency converter. Japanese RKC or domestically produced temperature control instruments.
2. Product functions and applications:Parallel twin-screw mixing granulation is widely used for filling modification, glass fiber (carbon fiber) reinforcement of various colorants, rubber and plastic blends, plastic alloys, functional masterbatch, various cable materials, powder coatings, elastomers, powder consumables, etc.
The length to diameter ratio of the specialized model has been increased to 56-64:1, and it is widely used in rubber and plastic devolatilization, TPU, TPV reaction extrusion, and UHWMPE swelling and dissolution extrusion. By grafting the extruder onto the profile forming unit, specialized equipment can be formed to produce functional PE battery separators, PET sheets, degradable sheets, synthetic paper and other specialized materials.
