1、 Purpose:

The SJG series diagonal flow fan is widely used in various ventilation and air exchange places such as industrial and civil buildings, and is particularly suitable for pipeline pressurized air supply and exhaust.

2、 Type:

The SJG series diagonal flow fans mainly come in the following types: ordinary type, explosion-proof type, anti-corrosion type, roof type, single-phase type, soundproof type, and can also be processed for use in special environments.

3、 Characteristics:

1. The performance of the diagonal flow fan is between that of the centrifugal fan and the axial flow fan. Its pressure (pressure coefficient) and flow rate (flow coefficient) are higher than those of the axial flow fan and the centrifugal fan, with stable performance and low noise.

2. The structure of the fan is compact, small in size, and easy to install. It can be directly connected to the air duct or lifted.

3. The SJG series diagonal flow fan has a complete range of varieties, and different types of fans have been designed for different usage locations. Its applicable environment is as follows: (1) The ordinary type (SJG) is suitable for environments with temperatures between -10 ℃ and 45 ℃, relative humidity<90%, and no flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases.

(2) Explosion proof type (B. SJG) is used in places containing flammable and explosive gases. And the temperature is between -10 ℃ and 45 ℃, the relative humidity is less than 90%, and there are no strong corrosive gases

(3) Anti corrosion type (F

SJG is used in places containing corrosive gases such as salt spray and alkali. And the temperature is between -10 ℃ and 45 ℃, the relative humidity is less than 90%, and there are no flammable or explosive gases. (The fan adopts a steel spray coating structure)

(4) Roof type (W.SJG) is used for roof ventilation or air supply.

(5) Single phase type (D.SJG) is used in places where the power supply is a 220V single power supply. According to different environments, there are also single explosion-proof type (DB. SJG), single anti-corrosion type (DF. SJG), and single silencing type.

(6) SJG-X is used in places where fan noise requirements are very strict. According to different environments, explosion-proof silencing type, anti-corrosion silencing type, and single silencing type can be processed.

(7) Special type (T.SJG) produces wear-resistant fans, high-temperature resistant fans, variable air volume fans, etc. according to the special requirements of users.
