1、 Product Description

SJ5100 high-precision bearing detection gratinglength measuring machineAdopting imported high-precision grating measurement system, precision grinding guide rail, high-precision temperature compensation system, bidirectional constant force measurement system, and high-performance computer control system technology, high-precision measurement of various length parameters is achieved. By using high-precision grinding guide rails to ensure high stability and straightness of measurement walking, an imported high-precision grating measurement system is used to record the length direction coordinates in contact measurement. The data is synthesized with feedback data from tilt measurement devices, force measurement devices, and temperature sensors by a computer, and analyzed according to the relevant definitions and formulas of the measured part parameters to calculate the relevant length parameters.

The operator installs the test piece, selects the standard of the test piece and inputs the specifications and other parameters of the test piece on the testing software, moves the head seat to contact the test piece, adjusts the five axis work platform and head and tail seats to find the inflection point, and completes the sampling to obtain the current measurement data. The system can display the measurement results in real time, automatically calculate the various parameters of the test piece, and judge the qualification of the various parameters of the test piece according to the built-in standard database of the system. The entire measurement process does not exceed 2 minutes, and the verification result is automatically generated after the testing is completed.

The principle of instrument measurement complies with length verification regulations such as JJG 146-2011 Gauge Block Verification Regulations, JJF 1207-2008 Three Needle/Needle Gauge Verification Regulations, and JJG 62-2007 Plug Gauge Verification Regulations.

The system software is a Simplified Chinese operating system, which is easy to operate.
