The SHF biomass fired series steam fluidized bed boiler integrates various advanced technologies of existing fluidized beds and is a new product in fluidized bed boilers.
The boiler structure layout of this product is simple and compact; The boiler body consists of combustion equipment, feeding device, air distribution system, high-temperature cyclone separator, convection tube bundle, economizer, air preheater, steel frame, support frame, furnace wall, etc. The furnace is composed of water-cooled walls, which can start and stop the boiler in a relatively short period of time. This boiler has a certain load regulation capability, high degree of automation, and stable product operation. This boiler has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection.
This type of boiler adopts a high-temperature cyclone gas separation device, which is arranged at the furnace outlet. The inlet flue gas temperature of the separator is 850950 degrees, and a return device is arranged at the lower part of the separator. The flue gas separated by the separator flows upward from the separation outlet cylinder through the horizontal flue and enters the tail flue to heat the heating surface of the tail.
This type of boiler adopts fluidized bed combustion technology and mainly uses biomass fuels such as tobacco stalks, corn stalks, cotton stalks, straw, and mugwort, which is conducive to environmental protection and in line with national environmental protection policies.
