Purpose:
The SGS type double grid toothed rake grid cleaning machine is a large and medium-sized coarse grid cleaning machine used for deep channels. The machine can be placed at water intake stations, various pump stations, and sewage treatment plant inlets to intercept various solid floating objects in the inlet channels, ensuring the normal operation of subsequent equipment.
Structural principle:
The equipment mainly consists of a driving device, an active shaft, a rake, a chain device, a frame, a rear grille, a front grille, and other parts.
Working principle: The rear grille of the grid is a fixed bar used to intercept suspended and floating objects. The front grille is a bar shaped bar that can swing slightly along the hinge axis to intercept coarse sediment and prevent dirt from getting stuck in the chain. It is composed of multiple sets of toothed rakes and chain devices to form a rotating body. Under the driving device, when the toothed rake moves to the bottom of the front grille, the rake teeth are inserted into the gap between the bars from the back of the grille; At the same time, the toothed rake is inserted into the gap between the bars of the rear grid from the front, and the sediment and solid floating objects intercepted by the bars are scooped out of the water and sent to the slag discharge port of the grid cleaning machine. The slag slides down to the slag conveying equipment or hopper by gravity.
characteristic:
1. The front and rear barriers can have different gaps, allowing sediment and floating debris to be separated underwater and removed simultaneously.
2. Easy to operate, low failure rate, and long service life.
3. Smooth operation, low energy consumption, and low noise.
4. Equipped with mechanical overload protection and overcurrent overload protection, it is safe and reliable.
5. The structure is simple and easy to install and maintain.
6. High degree of automation, capable of remote monitoring.
