1、 Product Introduction
The SGL series chain plate rotary grille machine is a device that can continuously and automatically remove solid suspended solids from liquids. Its frame structure refers to the advantages of our company's rotary rainwater grille and adopts a unique working principle, that is, the rake teeth chain rotates in front and behind the grille. When the rake teeth run to the upstream surface of the grille, the rake teeth chain adopts a closed type to ensure that no debris enters, making the equipment operate more smoothly. When installing the equipment, the whole machine is lifted, and only two 620 × 150 × 16 steel plates are pre embedded on the ground on both sides of the water collection well. The civil engineering is simple, economical, and the installation and maintenance are convenient.
This device is designed reasonably, simple, operates safely, reliably, and has a high degree of automation, and can be widely used in the water treatment industry.

2、 Working principle
The rotary rainwater grille includes a frame, a drive variable speed system, transmission guide wheels, support wheels, and a closed rotary traction chain, toothed rake, and grating that rotates around it. Under the drive of the motor reducer, the rotating traction chain rotates from bottom to top. When the rake shaft on the traction chain rotates to the upstream surface of the grating, the rake teeth are inserted into the gap of the grating and perform a cleaning action from bottom to top, scraping off the debris trapped on the grating into the rake. Due to the design of the double tooth rake, which forms an angle between the two teeth, when one tooth is inserted into the gap of the grid bar for cleaning, the other tooth forms a surrounding force with it, enclosing solid debris and preventing it from leaking out, resulting in high and thorough cleaning efficiency. When the rake is moved to the upper part of the machine, the debris falls off the container or conveyor by its own weight, and is sent away.
At the same time, during the design process, take into account:
1. Foreign objects may enter the traction chain and get stuck, so a closed traction chain is designed.
2. The underwater bearing components are made of stainless steel material and equipped with wear-resistant steel bearings, eliminating the need for daily maintenance of underwater components.

3、 Characteristics and usage conditions
1. The bars of the rotary rainwater grille are placed in the middle position of the rake tooth traction chain (other mechanical grilles are placed below the traction chain), which changes the direction of movement of the rake teeth during the cleaning process (opposite to other grilles), avoiding hard objects from entering the bottom and causing the rake and traction chain to get stuck.
2. This equipment adopts a rotary traction chain, which mainly consists of chain plates, chain pins, and rollers. During operation, it is guided by the rails on the rack, and the rollers roll on the rails, eliminating the trouble of tangled ropes in the wire rope pulled grid cleaning machine.
3. This device can adjust the operating interval time according to user needs, achieve periodic operation, and can automatically control according to the liquid level difference between the front and back of the grid. It also has manual control function, which is convenient for maintenance.
4. To avoid damage to the equipment caused by impact loads, an overload safety protection device is designed and installed on the sprocket plate at the output shaft end of the reducer.
